Long-time list members may recall various postings about a company
called WaterOz. One repeated claim was the the silver products sold
by this company produced argyria. Jason Eaton may know most about
this topic.
By pure chance I stumbled across a news article about the arrest and
conviction of the company's founder. See:
http://www.tristatenews.com/article_4680.stm
A Google search of the founder's name and company will also turn up
some blisteringly strange web sites claiming all kinds of
conspiratorial government actions directed against the founder. This
is all exceedingly strange stuff, and should be taken with an ocean or
two of salt.
The company still seems to be in business, and I have asked for their
comment about the news articles.
List members interested in the future of EIS might want to be informed
about this, particularly those who watched the distressing shut-down of
a company called Altcancer.com, which did not deserve its fate. As
for WaterOz, I withhold all judgment; I know nothing about the company
other than what I have read on this list and in the news reports I
stumbled upon today.
