I know this subject has been officially closed, and
Mike may slap my hand, but I wanted to contribute a
last note on the *avoid these meats* idea.

Dr. Carey Reams had a client once whom he was working
with. The mans health would not respond to anything
Reams was doing with him, it was driving him crazy. He
asked the man to keep a log of everything he ate
during the next week. The log showed the man ate bacon
most breakfasts, had ham several times per week. So
Dr. Reams suggested he omit all pork from his diet.
The mans health (and chemistry) began to immediately
improve. Dr. Reams began to test different foods to
see what affect they had on human chemistry (over his
life, he tested over 50,000 food substances). He
assembled a list of meats that always interfered with
the human body in its healing/rebuilding efforts. This
list was nearly identical to the list of meats
forbidden to Jews in the Old Testament (no religion
here, just amazing coincidence). 

Dr. Reams reached the point where, if a client would
not agree to omit these meats from their diets, he
would not treat them. He said it was a waste of time,
their chemistry would not improve.

As a rule of thumb, Reams said, “Do not eat animals
that eat dead animals”. We have no trouble with
avoiding vultures or jackals, we have more trouble
with lobster, crab (both bottom-feeders), and pork.
Dr. Reams said to avoid regular tuna (“The pigs of the
ocean”), which are bottom-feeders. White Albacore Tuna
is good, it only eats what it catches.

Reams explanation for the problem with these animals
has to do with frequency. As you may know, everything
has a unique molecular frequency. Good Food is defined
as those items that mesh with, add to or join to our
own frequency ("ionize", to be exact). The real reason
why strychnine is poisonous to us is because its
frequency destroys our own. Otherwise we could eat it.
(Not saying it would be nutritious.)

Reams explained that, as the general decline of health
in the human race continues, more and more food items
will not harmonize with the human frequency and will
aggravate human health problems. Simplistically put,
allergies are foods/substances that our bodies are
having trouble harmonizing/ionizing with, because our
