The Sears distiller appears identical to the white model shown at the below site. You don't have to pay shipping, can purchase cleaner and return item if not satisfied. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I like the idea of carbon-filter pre-cleaning water before distilling. I have the pre-2000 Berkie (black model with decanter under it) and need more filters. Does anyone have a good source for the filters? I also need a new filter for my alkalizer machine. It all add$ up. For the Berkie, I'll use the nice spring water I get up the road. Our well water is very "mineralized?". Thanks, Mary [email protected]
I got mine here---the $99 one. http://wholesalewaterdistillers.com/ I've been told some of this model do not distill water pure enough for EIS making. When I ordered mine, I specifically made sure they would take it back if mine didn't distill the water to my satisfaction. I've been very pleased with mine. sol -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver.
