Uhh, that will produce an arc and produce nirtic acid.  It will digest
the skin of your throat and mouth, and reek havoc with your whole body.
Also it will produce NO colloidal silver at all, but silver nitrate that
is not only toxic but will give you argyria as well.  If you want to
make colloidal silver properly using the HVAC cone method, then the
electrode(s) must be much closer to the water, about .05" or so, so the
water is drawn up to the electrode, and there is no spark or arc at
all.  Arcs will produce huge amounts of nitric acid.
