The Silvergen is a great generator. You should have about 10ppm with the dial set at 12o'clock position. If you would like to know for sure you can spend another $55 and get a Hanna PWT meter which gives you a very close approximation of ppm by measuring conductance. Or you can trust that when the green light goes out you have good CS. You should be able to taste the CS faintly after holding under the tonge for a minute or so. Steve
