Problem: Recently, I became symptomatic is a cold and sinusitis, (i.e. runny nose, cough, miserable). I purchased a bottle of CS Colloidal/SilverWings 500 ppm. Instructions of 1/2 teaspoon daily. I took this amount in bottle water and noticed NO significant help with my cold symptoms. Is CS supposed to be taken undiluted? Thank you.
