Can you explain what is meant by this? The chemistry definition for organic means that it contains carbon, and the marketing definition means that it was raised using natural fertilizers and insecticides. In no case have I ever heard organic having a meaning that has anything to do with whether it is a salt of not. Also many laboratory created substances are salts, and most organic food contains mostly compounds that are NOT salts.
