Just to gross everybody out,
My supper tonite was a smoothie consisting of 1/4 lb of raw liver,2
raw eggs,virgin coconut oil,granulated lecithin, tablespoon of 90,000
heat units cayenne powder, tablespoon of cinnamon and raw milk.
This was Aajonus inspired.
