I have a severe allergy to chocolate. When I last consumed it, I developed
bladder infections and suicidal tendencies! Needless to say, I haven't
touched chocolate since I discovered the source of my problems! Remember, not
all
allergic symptoms are the typical stuffy nose, sneezing variety. Any
problematic symptom can be caused by allergy. Monitor your symptoms for a few
days
after experimenting with a possible allergen intake. Also, while
experimenting with a possible new allergen, try to keep your exposure to other
allergens minimal. Allergic symptoms usually subside within a few days after
the
allergen is withdrawn. In a few cases the symptoms will last six weeks after
the allergen has been removed; in some cases, the negative change is permanent!
