Gatoraid is very close to Lactated Ringers solution, with a bit of coloring. It is an excellent tool with which to rehydrate and restore electrolyte balance to a person without resorting to IV.

Pedialyte is an electrolyte solution, but it doesn't have the sugar (at least not as much), or the artificial flavoring (or any flavoring, for that matter).
