That is in vitro. We have already discussed that here and the opinion of
those who analyzed it was that the protocol is flawed.

Basically he used a gel to test with, and it is well known that
colloidal particles have no mobility and virtually no effect when in a
gel.  What is important is in vivo, and unless a person is made of
gelatin, the study is not applicable to use in people.  Since both
silver compounds and colloidal silver eventually become the same thing
in the blood stream, how could what you originally take make any
difference except in the rate of absorption?  There are studies that
Frank Key has had done that were not flawed like this study and they
show that both ionic as well as the colloidal component are germacidal
as expected.
