I was trying to figure out how it would help when there is yeast in the
kefir....I read the site alittle and it said it balances it but not sure why
yet...I have to search further inorder to present the cure to him....what was
your friends symptoms?......

I make Kefir every day too, but I hardly can keep up with the ones who want
it, I use Organic Milk.
