one problem with this scenario..:-)
the cost of a car was how much??? the avg. American individual or family
could not afford such an expense. Therefor it would never materialize due to
the not so cost affective nature. However, hypothetically speaking...SURE! I
bet the gov't has already thought of this..hahaha.
