Sol- I started getting Hebreden's nodes around 7 years ago on a couple of
fingers, and read a library book (don't remember the name) on natural cures
for arthritis that recommended taking B6, and pantothenic acid, and I think
maybe also niacin or niacinamide for them. I haven't taken the niacin much
but have taken 50-100 mg of the other 2 per day for the last 7 years and
have had no increase in the size of the nodes. Basically my index finger
just has a slightly bumpy end joint.
