Tracy,
Here is a website that seems to be working for people with emphysema and some
are using nebulizers and some vaporizers, etc.

All I know is I am tired of feeling horrible everyday. As a teen I was
diagnosed with Asthmatic Bronchitis (spelling?) and it seems like it is
back. The lung infections it allows are twice as bad as anything. If I could
get some relief it would be great. I am willing to try just about anything.

If facing the East and howling at the moon helps I am howling tonight.
