Lots of ideas for boils and risings there! Actually, I have never heard the term "risings" before DBs post.
My Old Illustrated Family Doctor says boils can occur (among other things) during convalescence from various fevers; interesting as I have been doing Far Infrared saunas. If they occur all over the body it's called furunculosis, apparently, and requires tonic treatment and change of air - jolly good, maybe I can get a weekend away out of this! Even though they are not boils (yet). Spots and boils are not something I usually ever get, and I was intrigued to know that DB, who has been "doing" salt with rivetting results, experienced this, more so when they popped up like an itchy Alice band around my head, and I have also been taking salt. A contributory cause, I suppose, could be the FIR sessions. Having long hair, I don't wash it after every session, but maybe I should. The "sebaceous sweat" is scrubbed from every other part of the body after the sauna, but not the head. Toodleoo! I'm off for a shampoo! Then a few experiments.
