My daughter drank CS like a fish all during her
pregnancy, used it freely in her cooking, drank it
straight, in tea, etc. AS soon as her son was born,
she started giving him tspns of it each day, have now
for over 2 years. He's a very healthy, energetic,
pink-cheeked young fellow, full of vim and vigor,
sharp as a tack.
His daily intake is a smoothy with CS, an egg,
nutritional yeast, some fruit for flavoring. He loves it.
