Hi Rick, It is a primer fo rthe newbie. It lists the necessasry equipment, and how to set it up, and what to measure to understand the process. There are color photos of various designs that I have used, and some TEM's of the product that they made. The data plots show what happens when one brews too long and what are the key stopping points. It represents 8 years of investigation from an engineering stand point. I have the equipment needed to make all of the tests that are portrayed.
