You can get empty capsules from www.iherb.com. Now brand is one I've
used. Capsules can be either of gelatin, or vegetarian (not sure what
those are). Wild oats markets sell them, and other health food stores do
as well.
I believe PennHerb Co. sells them. I forget where I bought my "Cap'em
Quick" but it is invaluable. For heavy crystalline substances like MSM
the tamper isn't strictly necessary, but for capsuling powdery or
lighter substances it is invaluable.
www.sagewomanherbs.com sells the Cap'em Quick if memory serves.
