She is not sleeping nights and keeps him up nearly 24-7. He has had two heart attacks and is near exhaustion from lack of rest. Gladys- Have they tried a C-pap machine? If she has insurance maybe she could do a sleep apnea study and get one. It seems to help my mother. Does he work in the daytime? He should try to sleep when she does. Some herbs help with sleep, like Valerian, Hops, Chamomile tea, etc. Also a protein snack at bedtime aids sleep, and getting some morning and afternoon sun.
