Thanks for that interesting info. I' going to try it both ways. Taking CS to 
wake up and 
not taking cs to slow down. Not that I have much trouble sleeping or getting to 
sleep. 

I have read that taking Calcium early evening is good for promoting sleep and 
that 
taking Magnesium first thing in the morning is good for 'get up and go'. When 
stressed I take dolomite, morning and night, which contains both, and that 
seems to 
work for me.
