The CS helped to keep the symptoms at a somewhat milder level which allowed them to stay up and go to school, but they still coughed for more than two months. Normal colds usually disappear within 2 days or less with CS taken both orally and inhaled. I don't know what to do to make the whooping cough heal faster.
