I observe that this stuff can be really painful! The O of O, just a
drop, on the skin burns; on mucous membranes, watch out! I've had
great results with an aroma stone, but wonder about other uses, to be
honest. To check for oneself, one need only put a tiny drop on, say,
a toothpick, then touch that to the tongue or nasal passages. Ouch.
Extrapolating from that, I am worried about nebulizing directly into
the lungs, though I have been told this is wonderfully therapeutic.
Seems to me it could hurt like Hades if inhaled into the nasal passages
and sinuses, and for all I know might even be painful to the lungs
themselves.
The stomach, I suppose, can handle many irritating substances and expel
by vomiting what is doing damage there, but I just don't know about
inhalation. Directly inhaling vapor -- floating molecules -- seems to
work fine, but I wonder about effects of nebulized droplets of the
stuff.
Thanks for the book recommendation. I hope to hear from anyone who has
directly nebulized O of O.

That was finally wiped out after the last negative report, by taking
2-3 drops of O of O (put it in gel capsules -- it is STRONG!) every 3
hours about three times.
