Recurrent strep and bronchitis entailing 3 to 4 trips to the doctor per year for antibiotics for over ten years ended once I started using CS.
I've been sick a few times with various viral things, but they remain simple, viral infections without the usual complicating bacterial secondary infections. I have not needed an antibiotic since I started making and using CS. How's that?
