  I laughed and said to myself, "oh, you would know!"  This is from  a female 
point of view.  It starts with the stinging when you  urinate, then soon after 
you have, you feel like you absolutely must go  again.  It stings so bad you 
can hardly stand it, but you can't  not try to go. Also there's an aching or 
heaviness sort of in the area  of the bladder. That's been my 
experience.....however.....my eighty  something year old mother in law had one 
and didn't have any of those  symptoms.  I think she just felt sick and 
feverish.  The  doctor discovered it.  I keep AZO test strips from the drug 
store  on hand and they tell if you have white blood cells and nitrites in the
