If your CS has a heavy TE, that won't show up on a meter and the actual
silver concentration will be much higher than the meter shows.
Running Faradays equation on your setup might get close to what's really
there.

OK, then I would bet you are making a lot of silver carbonate then, unless
you have some way to prevent the water from contacting the air. If you
are using a bubbler, than that would make it even more likely. The
equilibrium of CO2 in water with air is 90 ppm, so if you let it sit long
it is easy to see how one could get sufficient CO2 to make lots of AgCO3.

How long were you brewing? I think that maybe what was happening is that
any CO2 that was dissolved in the water was forming AgCO3, silver
carbonate. Then as the dissolved CO2 reacted with the silver, more CO2
would dissolve, so over time you were making primarily silver
carbonate. If so then that might explain a few things.

I have 2 CS generators that switch current every 60 seconds. I would
let it brew for as long as nessary to get higher PPM.All water was ok
tested the water on TDS and any that even showed 1 PPM was thrown out. I
later got my own waterDistiller. Bob

HELP HELP HELPI wrote before about my finger nails getting dark, well
my face is also getting a gray tint.I was making CS in Heavy
concentrations 25 to 45 on my TDS which would make it 50 to 90 PPM.The
CS was crystal clear, I was taking 20 to 40 ounces a day.
Wow, that's a lot of very high concentration. What were you making it
with, I cannot see how one could make a concentration that high that is
clear with distilled water. If the initial water was not pure then one
can get into problems with argyria like Stan did.
I was taking the heavy doses for several years, I guess I over did it.I
have cut back to 10 PPM, trying for 5 or 6 on TDS. One other thing I
was doing is I was shaving with liquid hand soap, I was spraying my
face with CS prior to putting on soap to shave. Is it possible that over
time the CS got absorbed in my face skin, I have not noticed other skin
turning gray.
I think this is highly likely, it is known that most soaps will cause
CS to quickly aggregate and form gray stains, so if you did that on
your face, that might cause staining on your face.
I have quit using CS as a spray for shaving and cut back on my
consumption of CS at lower concentrations. I have had people ask about
my gray face, even the American Custom agent commented on my face when
I was coming back from Mexico(he wanted to make sure I was not sick).
Will my face return to normal (really catching Hell from my Wife). What
is protocol for removing silver from body. I must say I have not been
sick much since taking CS.
There are suppose to be some protocols, but don't know what they are
off hand. I am sure some here know what they are.
