Nancy's duck's healing was amazing. That reminds me of my pet rat. She'd had
a large mamary tumor removed and chewed her stitches out. She had over an
inch of cut skin hanging open; I could see her internal organs. The vet had
me bring her back in to be restitched. After she woke up, she chewed those
stitches out too. He said just leave the hole open. It totally healed up
with no problem and I didn't even put anything on it since she'd just lick it
off. Sure wish I'd known about colloidal silver a couple years ago, at least
I wouldn't have worried quite so much about infection.
