I have lately taken an interest in DMSO and CS. Maybe I can offer some
thoughts. First, if you do decide to use DMSO, buy it in a glass jar,
not plastic. There is some opinion that the plastic products may leech
into the DMSO and then get into your body. DMSO will cause any
substance it comes in contact with ( when applied to your skin ) to
penetrate the skin and your cells. So also be aware of dye in clothing
or whatever you are applying it with. I use a Q tip and eyedropper.
Next, DMSO will circulate throughout the body, not just where it is
applied. The main effect will be at the point of application, but it
will be go everywhere else. Be careful about the strength of the mix
you use. It can sting for a few minutes. I have been using about a 40%
mix of DMSO to 60% mix of 10 ppm CS, and it stings a little depending
on where you apply it. I use it on my scalp for hair loss and thats a
tender area. My DMSO is 99.9% pure, but is already mixed down to 70%
DMSO, and 30% distilled water.
From what I have read, DMSO is non-toxic unless you consume huge
quantities of it, but no doubt someone will tell you that it is poison
at any dose. There seems to be a lot of evidence on its therapeutic use
and efficay, but no one will guarantee that.
I found the DMSO and CS has an almost immediate effect on things like
rashes, cysts, moles, warts, blemishes....now I waiting for my hair to
fill in. So far, so good.
DMSO is interesting stuff. I read where an MD was disolving vitamin B12
capsules in DMSO and applying it to his forearm in small quantities. He
says he gets an immediate boost in energy that lasts a month.
