Seriously, how about silver cookware? Expensive? Sure, but it is a viable investment at present. Can 0.999 silver be heated to frying temperatures without softening too much? The handle(s) could be made of something other that silver, such as stainless steel or brass. There could be a very thin stainless or cast iron cradle for the thing to prevent banging it up on the stovetop.
Maybe that would be enough, and we could get enough solver just from our normal cooking for our maintenance dose. Couldn't hurt, and might be all that most people need most of the time. Any thoughts? Jim
