For several small skin tags around my neck, I clipped them with a pair of outwardly rounded nail clippers- yes it hurt and yes it bled- then I treated them with "Indium for Life". No returns no scars. For one that I couldn't reach myself, I had one of my daughters to clip it. The wife is a klutz at such and would've decapitated me. Daddybob
