Hi Wayne, Yes i mix the powders in O.J. one level tsp. Vit- C is four grams. One levei tsp. of Lysine=1200mg. 1/4 tsp. of Prolne=one gram. I take this twice per day. Check out Pauling Therapy.Com for his formula. Tom
