The way they disinfect for Anthrax is to spray warm soapy water around to get the spores to hatch. The soap kills the hatched spoors. Germicides will kill most viri, so does time and UV [sunlight] exposure. Bird flu takes about 24 hours to die on it's own with no host.

How do we know that what they are spraying is a" form of antibiotic spray stuff"? It could easily just be water spray to cool down the fowl, especially if it is in a hot
