A friend has been diagnosed with benign meniere's disease. The symptoms are not too severe - occasional slight dizziness/nausea - and usually pass as soon as he lies down. He had this problem some years ago but it was much more severe at that time. He now follows a much better diet & vitamin/supplement regimen, and has no known food allergies. Suggestions?
