Hello Pat, I know,my boys also did not like the CS,untill the flue came...in a while it was over with the CS. I make it myself...I' m 65.... Now I have to make it for the whole family,but teaches them to make it themselves. I send another website...LUVOS is a cley (some sand)...wonderfull and no side-effects....maybe you will find a better website in English.
