Happy to say some one has already noticed a change for the better in my
gray face.
I have been on Vitamin E and selenium for only 2 weeks. I bought a stirrer
and plan on limiting my CS to 3 or 4 PPM. I have not been off the CS
completely but have cut back a lot on strength and quantity. I will
reevaluate after after another month or so and keep every one posted.
