I use a non-dandruff shampoo, then follow with a baking soda "shampoo",
then a rinse with diluted vinegar.
Daily. If I don't, I get what I'd guess is sebhorreic dermatitis, very
itchy, nasty, causing me to scratch my scalp bloody.
