Don't believe claims backed with TEM evidence.
On the other hand, even though a TEM doesn't give accurate results, the CS could be better than the TEM says it is.
 A TEM won't tell you either way.
It quite simply ...doesn't show anything about  "CS".
Great for a Paint colloid, worthless for a Silver "EIS" Hydrosol [being called a colloid].

 The Malvern unit is probably pretty good.

Whatever happens to the dissolved ionic portion of EIS may form very small particles when it hits the body chemistry, but no one knows for sure exactly what happens.
