I noticed that the doubler capacitor has a label on it indicating that
it has an internal resistor across it. It was on the schematic, but I
didn't trust that as I also found an error on the same schematic...
So, the charge on the capacitor, if any, should dissipate over time. At
least on this microwave power supply.
