Well Bob, it seems that is basically the correct way to take it, isn't
it?

The problem with writing a set of instructions for everyone is that you
have to allow for the issues and conditions that individuals will see.
These will be different for everyone.

For instance, I think that the occurrence of silver allergy is
vanishingly small and not much of a concern. However, I feel the
responsibility for mentioning it as I would not like a person with
silver allergy to have a life threatening reaction from taking too much
CS by mouth on my recommendation. Also, a lot of information has to fit
on one page.

I have found that the major problem with people taking CS is not taking
too much, but not taking it often enough. They seem to think it works,
or not, with one dose.

The other issue is getting it to the affected area. This often
requires different methods. Unless you just want to make your own and
drink heroic quantities daily, which may also be a valid method...

As far as being confusing, the Word document version highlights
"principles" of using CS as well as giving instructions or "rules." It
is much clearer to read and understand than the e-mail post which threw
out all the formatting and broke up the sentences, etc.

Someone mentioned that it was clear enough for anyone with a third
grade education to understand... ;-))

I'll send you the Word document.

I'm glad I didn't know the "right way" to take EIS when I first started
on
it or I might have given up on it. I just started to swallow a Tbsp.
at a
time when I was buying it, and drinking larger amount at a time after I

started making it on my SG6.

Over the last 3 1/2 years I have made it for in the neighborhood of 30

people who bring me their DW to brew for them ( 7 are kids and
grandkids who
are exempted from supplying their water) Not a one of us has had the
slightest reaction. It is a good idea to warn about easing up on
consumption should one have a herx reaction, but it should be pointed
out
that this reaction is not limited to EIS but to any therapeutic product
or
protocol you may use or follow.

My concern is that if its use isn't simple, the imagination will create
a
problem.

No offense meant, Dan. Bob Smith
