Sorry to ask a silly question but what is DMSO?

Dimethyl sulphoxide. http://www.dmso.org/

How do you use all this?

Stay tuned or ask someone else. I use the granular version,
MSM with CS for external application with Qtip. Both carry
the CS thru the skin, so goes the theory. DMSO will give
you bad breath, taken internally or externally. MSM, no.
I dissolve about a teaspoon of MSM in several ounces of
CS for external use. Others use it internally.

I've had one root canal and one tooth extraction. ( I had to demand
the latter from the dentist. She wanted to do another root canal.)

I will never have another root canal. If thine tooth offends thee,
pluck it out. The problem ends and it's much less fuss and
expense. Not so with my root canal.

I have another tooth or root that infects on occasion so I swish for
about a minute with an ounce (30ml) of 5-10ppm CS with one drop
of 3% h202 added, letting it sit on my counter for a few minutes
beforehand. After swishing, I swallow.

Doing this 4 or 5 times over 2 days and the problem is gone.

If this infection keeps recurring, I will pluck the offender out.

I've tried anti-biotics. They were mostly ineffective.

On a side note, I had a wisdom tooth pulled recently. I then went
home and soaked some cotton in CS and keep the hole soaked
much of the day for a couple of days. Returning to the dentist,
she said she very rarely sees one heal from the inside out like
mine did.

stuff

I think I have a problem with a root canal and infection but the
dentist says it looks intact. Apparently in the upper jaw they can
give more problems when infected than in the lower jaw due to locality
of nerves, blood vessels and the brain.

Mine is in the lower jaw, is almost 40 years old and I simply don't
get it removed because I am too much of a chicken. But it gives
horrendous headaches and jaw aches which can indicate infection there
so I am interested in any treatments that would work and be safe.

Incidentally I have had all my amalgam fillings replaced and the root
canal, with a metal spike in it is the only metal left in my face.
Prior to having the amalgam out I had a continual buzzing in my head,
always there and I had got used to it. After the removal of the first
few fillings I had silence instead of the buzzing. It was amazing.

So, how did you fix your infections please?
