DOH, mine does have that. I thought you meant some kind of extension.
With some plastic tubing which could then be run into a pet carrier, the Medisana would make a great pet nebulizer because it is so very quiet. I can hear it, but it is almost silent, particularly compared to compressor nebulizers which I find extremely noisy.
