I don't think I posted my "recipe" for coconut milk.

I empty a tin of 100% coconut cream (usually Ayam brand, but Jeeny's is very 
good) into a jug, and add Colloidal Silver to the thickness I want.  Then I 
give it a thorough stir, and store in the fridge.  I use this in place of 
cow's milk.

This beats paying for other people to add whatever water they want to the 
100% product, then transporting it, and all the handling that happens 
afterwards, plus big tins to contain very little coconut.

This way no thickeners, emulsifiers, additives at all that I don't know 
about, but a dose of CS whenever I have my cocoa!

I notice where I live that there is a fair selection of coconut creams and 
milks, and often they are on special.  However, there is only ever one 
choice of 100% coconut, and it is very seldom on special.
