MSM is fully oxidized. A chemist, Victor Gammill, who once frequented this
list, told me that it is very stabile and reacts with very few things. The
shelf life would be determined by the CS quality. Probably.

Did we ever get a definitive answer on the MSM/CS shelf life question? I
have found the CS/xylitol mixture does turn dark after a few weeks.
