Can I ask what the scoop is on the house outlet's and their voltage? I asked Sam but he hasn't been on lately....the discussion was about the silver rod turning black...which since I have moved that doesn't happen anymore could someone clue me in on how or what I could use to test my outlets in this apartment...thanks so much everyone ....debbie
