10-20min/treatment depending on how severe the problem is an whether it is
chronic (longstanding) or acute.A friend of mine with longstanding
scoliosis needed almost an hour to get certain tendons and muscles to start
loosening up. Also in my searches far and wide I found a wand that you can
easily insert the diode into believe it or not it is of all things a crayon
holder available at Lowe's for $2. Believe me, a diode holder/wand is not a
mass manufactured item so this was a moment where heaven smiled upon me.
