Arginine, like Lysine, is an amino acid. Foods high in arginine are nuts and seeds, and whole grains. You can check any food for the amount of each amino acid it contains at the USDA nutritional database. Be aware that I have seen foods listed as being "high in lysine" that, when checked prove to have a whole lot more arginine than lysine. What you want is foods that have a much higher amount of lysine than arginine. Or simply supplement with extra Lysine.
