My experience with PI is that getting the skin wet helps it to spread. Keeping it at dry as possible, avoiding getting it wet when showering if possible, helped me end a long session with it spreading to other areas, without special treatment. Topical things that are drying help. I haven't tried the homeoepathic PI preparations, how long do they take to clear it up?
