Your post is a bit confusing, but if you mean sunburn, it should work fine for that. (And it shouldn't hurt for the other thing.)

Put a napkin, paper towel, or clean cloth over the area and saturate with CS. Keep it wet. Leave on as long as it can be tolerated.
Spraying should help, but keeping it wet with CS would be better.

Works for burns.  What is sunburn if not a burn?...
