I did not mention sunburn here, I wrote, (and we mean to say) "irritation from our tropical sun", or sun-heat. My mistake was '32/32 degrees C', which is corrected: 30/32 degrees C, a lot for a young kid.

Thank you for your advice, which I have forwarded to the parents.

I guess the same application goes for red pimples on shoulders and back?
