Check all the soaps and detergents you may be using to wash your hands or
anything else with. All deodorant soaps can be very drying. All detergents
are drying. Many totally natural soaps can be very drying because they are
highly alkaline. Try a pure olive oil soap called "Kiss My Face".

Look at your diet- are you eating enough fat? Animal fat particularly, and
coconut oil.

Best two things I've ever used on dry hands, and I mean dry to the point of
cracking open and bleeding, are- Zim's Crack Creme, cream and liquid, and
"UDDERly sMOOth".

Worst case scenario for a quick cure- lather up your hands with Vaseline or
Glycerin and sleep with socks or gloves on your hands. Any good cream and
dishwashing gloves ought to do the trick.

Subject: CS>dry itchy hands

Does anyone have a good remedy for dried out, itchy hands? Nothing seems to
be working very good.
Thanks,
Paula
